Acme One provided end to end QA, automation, API validation, payment testing, and performance optimization for one of the UK’s leading online fashion retailers. The solution improved release confidence, accelerated regression testing, reduced production defects, and ensured a stable customer experience during high traffic sales events.

The Houston Advanced Research Center wanted people to experience their building without walking through the front door. Acme-One built a digital twin of the property in Unity, one that works in a browser and one that works in VR. Visitors can walk the grounds, check out the renewable energy systems, and pull up technical documents just by clicking on objects in spaceIt’s part architecture tour, part science lesson, and it works on a laptop or a headset.

How did Acme One improve quality across the EGO platform?

Acme One implemented a comprehensive quality assurance strategy covering functional testing, automation, API validation, payment verification, and performance testing across the client’s web platform and native mobile applications.

Automated browser testing was developed using Playwright with JavaScript and Node.js, allowing regression suites to run continuously through GitHub Actions and Bitbucket Pipelines as part of the CI/CD workflow.

For mobile automation, Maestro was implemented using YAML scripting with Xcode and Android Studio, enabling reliable testing across both iOS and Android applications.

The QA team validated REST APIs using Postman while Apache JMeter simulated high traffic scenarios to identify performance bottlenecks before production releases.

Comprehensive payment testing covered Stripe, Primer, Reveni Exchange, Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, Klarna, Afterpay, Clearpay, bank transfers, and traditional card payments to ensure reliable customer transactions across every supported payment method.
