There are many operations that bridge wellness programs, rehab centers, and therapy services. These functions are suitable for mental illness. Therefore, the organization has always focused on nursing care and privacy.
When the pandemic interrupted medical care, the client faced a serious problem. Patients were isolated. Anxiety and depression cases were rising. The access to psychologists became restricted. The client needed a safe and private way to continue supporting patients. This client needs to support patients without compromising the quality of treatment.
The pandemic created a major decline in social interaction. This pandemic directly affected mental health across age groups. Many individuals struggled with fear, anxiety, and depression, but did not attend physical sessions.

Our team designed a detailed digital ecosystem combining VR technology and mobile accessibility.
We established a simulated application using Unity 3D and C#, which is consistent with Oculus Quest 2. Patients could interact in therapy sessions in proper environments. These environments are designed to diminish stress.
The application was reachable through web, Android, and iOS platforms. This application ensured adaptability for users without VR headsets.
The platform enables patients to access sessions personalized to their mental health conditions. Based on user profiles and medical history, the system recommends relevant therapy content and structured programs.
We implemented a secure authentication system using ASP.Net, assigning unique keys to each user. This ensured that treatment records, therapy history, and progress data remained confidential.
Patients can schedule and attend online appointments with certified mental health professionals. This feature bridges the gap between digital therapy and expert medical guidance.
To enhance therapy control, biofeedback technology was incorporated. This allows both patients and professionals to monitor progress during sessions and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
