Our client is a large reinsurance company based in the United States. Every day, they handle many claim related documents that support critical insurance and reinsurance operations. These documents come in different types and formats, so sorting them correctly and quickly is very important for smooth internal workflows and timely decision making.

As the company grew, manual document handling slowed down work and increased risk across teams. The growing volume of documents made existing processes harder to manage and more prone to error. To solve this, the client partnered with ACME One to use AI based automation to improve how documents were processed and handled at scale.
