This information was spread out and complicated to combine. Leadership teams struggled to get a clear, simultaneous view of business performance.

We built an enterprise data warehouse to merge information from over 200 data sources. This created a single source of truth for the organization.
Using SQL Server Integration Services, we developed ETL packages to receive, modify, and load data into the warehouse daily. This SQL Server Integration Services ensured updated and precise datasets.
We set up SQL Server Analysis Services to create a multidimensional array. These cubes enabled deeper analysis of KPIs and allowed management to slice data across different dimensions such as region, project, and timeline.
Collective dashboards and reports were developed using Excel and SQL Server Reporting Services. SQL and MDX queries were used to generate detailed performance insights.
SharePoint was implemented to provide secure access and sharing of reports across teams.
