The client is a financial institution based in Singapore with a strong presence across the Asia Pacific region. Amid its services, the bank offers mortgage loans and manages a high volume of applications every day. To support this business, the bank developed a Mortgage Operations Application. This Mortgage Application was designed to streamline the end to end mortgage lending process. Given the critical nature of financial systems, the bank needed to ensure the application was stable, secure, and compliant. The bank needed to ensure steps followed before and after release.
