Client Background

OrderCircle is a software platform that enables businesses to run their online stores effectively. Based in San Francisco, California, it helps companies track orders, manage in-stock products, and handle deliveries. Retail businesses use the platform to support customer service, sales, shipping, marketing, and getting products to customers.

Challenges

The OrderCircle platform only supported one language, thus foreign customers had difficulty using it:

  • Customers who did not speak English had trouble using the platform, which limited OrderCircle’s reach in global markets.
  • Companies working in different countries struggled because the system supported only one language. International users found it hard to understand order steps, account details, and product information.
  • Without language options, the platform was difficult to use for non-English speakers. This led to frustration and lower engagement.
  • Without multilingual support, OrderCircle could not compete well in international markets.

Solutions

Acme One developed an all-encompassing multi-language support tool to address these issues:

  • Adding support for six major languages covering the primary markets of OrderCircle i.e. English, French, Spanish, Dutch, Chinese and Swedish.
  • Including every component of the platform in six languages, not only a few pages, we promised:
  • Specifications and product descriptions.
  • Order systems and workflows.
  • Accounting tools and organizational frameworks.
  • Features of consumer care.
