Acme One convened a project group, including people from IT, Finance, and Planning management. The team had to deal with data quality and to identify a Business Intelligence system (BI) for the company.

The software was installed quickly, and included database elements and a data warehouse building tool (specific to the Fox Rent a Car’s preferred database). The initial deployment of the BI system depended heavily on the spread of skills and interests in the company’s project team.

Acme One helped the company design data warehouse which included:

• Loading data from different databases
• Created SSRS reports / Dashboards for different departments (sales, operations, Finance)
• Plan resources for upcoming years
• Helped design Forecast reports
